I absolutely love living here. The staff is amazing the grounds are amazing even my neighbors are great. There is this feel of community here that I have never felt in an apartment home before. Everyone I think really does their part to make people feel welcomed to the community my favorite part is the location the ongoing community events and the amazing apartment.

I love this community quite and backs up to the Marina. Office Staff professional as well as courteous. Same with maintenance. At door trash pick up is really nice. Having access to computers is great! Nothing negative from me.

I've lived at this community now for 4 years. I have found this community to be one of the better if not the best in the area so far. The apartments are well maintained and rent is kept at a reasonable price.
